If your enquiry is related to an order you have placed, please make sure you include your Order Number so we can deal with it efficiently.

Our website complies with industry standards through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, meaning personal information such as your name, address and password (if you have an account) are encrypted before they’re transferred from your computer to our website. You’ll also see a padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar that shows that the website is secure. We do NOT store any payment details such as credit or debit card numbers on our systems, and all payment processing is provided in a secure environment.

We're proud to share that most of our products are primarily made from regenerated materials, such as recycled plastic. For example, our backpacks and towels once had a previous life where they roamed the earth as soda bottles, water bottles and food jars, or in other words products derived from PET (polyethylene terephthalate). 

To make them into our gorge products, these PET products are collected, sorted and recycled. They are then refined into flakes to create recycled PET that can be turned into products such as our backpacks! Using this kind of technology to recycle waste is a huge step forward to a greener, safer and cleaner planet.

All of our that are products made from recycled plastic are Control Union Certified with the Global Recycled Standard.

We have a fantastic partners across Europe and Asia who manufacture our products to a high quality and are committed to making these products ethically. All of their workers are paid above minimum wage and have reasonable working hours. Our manufacturer adhere's to our Ethics Policy which you can view here.

Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We love our furry friends and want to protect them.  

All of our products have a set price in EUR (€). If you prefer you can can purchase in AUD ($), USD ($), CAD ($), or GBP (£). However please note: the prices of our products in currencies other than EUR may fluctuate (up or down) from time-to-time based on the currency exchange rate at that time.  

That's a great question! 55-litres is a pretty standard size and will do for a short 2 week holiday or a longer 3 month adventure. We're big believers in not overpacking as it's better for the environment if you pack light - the lighter the plane, the less carbon emitted. The 55-litres will help to ensure you bring what's essential, with room to squeeze in a bit more along the way. 

Our backpacks are built to fit a torso frame of 14 - 18 inches, which is the average female torso length, however the breathable back frame is adjustable and can be elongated by up to 6 more inches for any taller people. We have some very handy guides to measure your torso length available that you can check out here. 

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase which allows you to try our backpacks on at home to ensure they fit.

What is the quality of the backpacks like? 

Great quality is very important to us and our bags have just that, if we do say so ourselves! The material our backpacks are made from is strong and durable, and the tight-knit stitching will ensure your backpack stands the test of time.

Yes of course! All of our backpacks come with a built-in rain cover attached that can be found hidden in the bottom of your pack. 

Once you’ve found the product you want to buy, simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. The product will then be added to your ‘Shopping Bag’ which can be found in top right of the page. We’ll display the total number of products that have been added and you can add multiple products to your ‘Shopping Bag’ during your visit. Once you’re ready to place your order, click on ‘Checkout’ or the bag icon to start the ordering process.

Follow the prompts throughout to complete your billing and delivery address details. To make your checkout easy we accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal and Google Pay.

Once you’ve been through the checkout process, you’ll see a screen that will confirm your order has been submitted and you’ll also be shown your Order Number. You will receive a confirmation email containing the same information: please check your inbox and also your junk/spam folder. If you receive your confirmation email, please contact us at hello@sundriftstore.com. 

You will be charged as soon as your card or PayPal/Google Pay transaction is authorised and completes. If we can't complete your order, we'll refund all sums you have paid.

We offer returns to customers within 30 days of purchase. This allows you to purchase our backpacks and try them on at home before deciding if you would like to keep it or not. 

If you would like to return your item please email hello@sundriftstore.com and include your Order Number in the email. We will then verify if you are entitled to a refund and, if so, process it accordingly. 

You will incur the cost of shipping the product back to us. We will let you know the address to post your item back to once you email hello@sundriftstore.com quoting your Order Number. 

We can only refund an item once we have received it back and not beforehand. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are only made on the amount you paid for the item. If you purchased an item at a discounted rate, the discounted amount you paid will be refunded (i.e. not the full price).

Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

A refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to you. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
